Gemma RHorrible trip. Paid a premium for the express 90 minute trip only for it to dock for almost an hour on another island. Was not express and took 2.5 hours in the end to arrive. And then another 15 minutes to disembark from the vessel. This company constantly misrepresents its travel times by 1/3 to 1/2.

Tina HNice, air conditioned. Has an upstairs, has a little snack bar with chips, pop, cookies. Has a bathroom. Staff was great! Very comfy sailing to the island.

Kirsty COverall a good journey, the ferry departed on time and check in and organisation of passengers going to different destinations was effective. There was an unexpected change of ferry at Koh Phangan which delayed the journey a bit, and staff at Phangan didn't really make it clear which ferry we should get on to continue to Koh Tao (there were two separate ferries both with signs for Koh Tao) so it was slightly chaotic. Apart from that it was a good experience.
