Incredible service. Top-notch, the best I've experienced on any trip. The organization was excellent. I bought a boat and bus ticket, and received a private speedboat transfer and a private taxi to the city. A motorbike takes me from the pier to the office. The office is equipped with seating areas, tables, chairs, and benches. Air conditioning, fans, and a restroom are also available. The reception staff are very polite and professional and will help you purchase tickets to any destination. The customer service is amazing. I've never written a review before, but I can't help but mention this service. I highly recommend it!

Everything was good (the boat ride, helpful staff, nice waiting area, comfortable van) - until the last stop. It looked like the driver forgot that there was a Walking Street stop, even though most of the passengers wanted to get off there. He only stopped (on the road side) when we reminded him of it, and just told us to walk in a pointed direction (half an hour walk in a heat).

Everything was really good and well organised apart from the driver who was driving like a madman in wet weather tailgating any vehicle in front and flashing headlights. This was a scary journey with an aggressive driver who even cut into another driver forcing him into a different lane whilst it was raining heavily.
