We were late almost 4 hours, instead of getting at 19:55, like the app listed, we arrived after 23:30, while we were at phnom penh, waiting for the van to siem reap, the staff ignored us when we questioned them on when it will arrive, and eventually they took me on a scooter, with no helmet and while i carry all my luggage to a different company to take me to siem reap. Aweful time management, aweful service, dangerous at some parts and not suggested to anyone

Arrived over 2 hours later than stated (not sure how the stated arrival time would actually even be possible, so you should probably change that) + it was very confusing trying to find the van location after getting off the ferry in Sihanoukville, so it might be useful for future passengers to be provided instructions. Van driver seemed pleasant though

The timetable taken on the booking was not followed. The trip took 4 hours more then planned and using the rote and the bus change was impossible. We arrived Siem Reap too late for our plans.

2 stars because the boat was on time and good, and the first bus was good. We went from Koh Rong to siem reap. The boat from KR to sihanoukville was fine and good. The bus from sihanoukville to Phnom Penh was fine, cramped but fine and air coned. The second bus however, was the worst journey I’ve had in my whole SE Asia trip. It was completely unacceptable

All in all it was okay, it was pretty comfortable and I almost slept the whole ride, only the bus stopped very often and we arrived an hour late and it didn’t bring us to the location that we were supposed to get dropped off, it was further outside the city so we had to get a Tuktuk to our hostel.
