Very old ferry, pick up at the ferry was chaotic. Had a stop over half way. No communication what was is expected, not relaxed at all. Needed to pay extra for luggage chair but in the end, the luggage didn't have it's own chair but just put everything on top of each other

The ferry was alright but the transfer was not clear and we had to change buses twice. Also the driver made many stops to pick and deliver packages which made the journey tedious and way longer than needed

Generally okay, some staff were not that friendly, and the minivan driver drove a little bit too fast, but he was friendly.

Sleeper Ship not as advertised, hard mats on the floor, all crammed next ro each other. No blanket. At least the people were all very nice and it was quiet during the night. Toilet as expected, average cleanliness. The bus pickup worked well but no information on the ride or schedule. They tried ro sell us an extra private ride directly to the hotel as it was 2km feom the bus stop. They would not let us know the drop off point to try to sell us the extra service All vehicles were on time.

Excellent, we travelled from koh phangan to khao sok. The boat and both buses were on time. Everything was organised really well. The boat was nice, big and couldn’t get motion sickness because it was actually a ferry. The first bus was nice with good AC. Then the minivan was also really good, the driver drove very well. I was scared because I can get motion sickness easily but it was not the case. Totally recommend!
