The boat and van operators were great. Checkin was quick. We left the dock about 15 minutes late but made it to the airport in about 3.5hrs from leaving the island. It was a bit difficult to find the location of the van Checkin area, but eventually was able to find it after about an 8 minute walk to across the street of the 7-11. The boat is not in any way comfortable, but that is to be expected. The van had AC and was comfortable.

The connection between the bus and the boat was well arranged and the driver was very polite, but the boarding point was not the the steak house pier, but the monkey Bar pier. Please correct this.

The shuttle service after arriving at Pak Bara Pier was really bad. The supplier arranged a private car at first, and let the six of us and six large luggages squeeze together. After the strong protest of the other four passengers, they changed to a mini van and changed cars at an unknown gas station. It was really unbelievable.
