Jessie FVan did not show for pick up for an over an hour, we had to get separate taxi service despite receiving confirmed pick up details and multiple times reaching out to the company. No response whatsoever.
Awful, do not trust this company.

I booked a transfer from my accommodation to the airport.
The actual booking process through 12go was good and I got a confirmation receipt.
The company sent me quite a generic message late at night to ask for confirmation of my address and to say collection time would be between 06.00 and 06.40. When I asked for confirmation that they would collect me I didn't receive a reply. But thought it would be fine. I messaged again and again around 05.30 on the morning of collection. No reply.
At around 06.10 I called the number, no answer.
I called a few times, no answer. Then found reviews on Facebook that were actually so so bad.
Basically the taxi didn't turn up, I waited until long past 07.00, just in case - and I had already paid for the transfer. But nothing. Absolutely no communication. I had to rush, with heavy luggage to try find another form of transport. Which I did, on the main road and was cheaper, comfortable and easy to arrange. I wish I had done this to begin with. But I very almost missed my flight.
When I look at the reviews it is clear that 12go either do not do due diligence around the services they advertise, or do not care.
It was so stressful. And the the guy running the company (Jijie Transport - Koh Lanta) clearly is just taking money and has no accountability.
Take a look at the reviews and if you need transport on Koh Lanta go into an actual rank / shop. Do not use 12go.

Kevin EStuck in the back row of the van sitting in a seat with my luggage on my right and blocked in by all others luggage on my left..for 3h 20m. Do not pay this company unless you have no other means. I lost consciousness at points when the six conditioning was switched off or dimly working. We stopped at one location where nobody go on. We stopped twice for a couple that had a baby. We missed to ferried. We waited an extra 10 minutes for…nobody because the other seats were all filled up with the remaining stops. What a terribly run event. I would only consider this option if staying at the very northern most part of Koh lanta. In that event I would explore getting a taxi and walking onto the ferry then getting a ride from the other side.
Don’t put yourself through this. I was mildly claustrophobic before and now I feel much worse. I almost vomited. We stopped somewhere near the airport to let a person get dropped off at a hotel……even though this is an airport ride from Koh lanta.
During that event the driver bit my shoulder with the lady’s luggage after which I swore and vented a bit of my frustration. I understand now how some people talk about having no choice but to deal with some terrible transportation options….fortunately there are many private transfers. I would never recommend this company or option of travel to any friend, colleague or family member.
I want the money back for the two seats I paid for. I watched as everyone else’s multiple suitcases were piled in around me for each ONE person.

Lee WCan’t fault the transfer for the price. We paid the equivalent of £8 each for a 2.5 hour journey from
Ko Lanta to Krabi Airport. On time, no problem. Was a bit crammed in with luggage and people, van was at capacity, but can’t complain for £8 - all in all would recommend 😊

Meaganne I used a big ferry with lot of seats to choice from. The service was on time and the staff really courteous. It was a very good trip and we arrived on time.

Patrick All in all good - new car and fast drive (once we were on the way). You should consider "Thai time" here and book with leeway timewise. For example: we booked the 13:00 Bus from Koh Lanta to Krabi Airport. We were picked up at 13:45 from our hotel. We were Saladan at 14:10 and overall arrived at the airport 16:00.
Only real negative thing: when you contact the mentioned WhatsApp number you don't get any reply (I wrote 2 days prior to departure and a day before and got not feedback). From the hotlines only 1 was picked up.
