Usually I use Jije tour, this time I used Zestgo and they didn’t pick me up. Was waiting for 2hs. Their phone number was only a call back machine. They tried to blame it on me that I wasn’t home. The worst ever!

I got scammed. I booked a 12:00 ride, which was paid and confirmed. Then I received a SMS that it wasn’t available anymore and they offered me a later spot. I replied (before that ride) that I would use another company and wanted a refund as they cancelled my booking. The driver called me where I was at 1:30, although I never confirmed that other option. They never answered my contact attempts or refunded my cancelled booking.

They were supposed to pick us up around 13:00, I messaged them around 13:30, they asked about the booking ID and then stopped communicating, I asked if they could let us know at least if someone is coming or not, they just called after 14:00 with a very rude attitude saying that "we booked a van which is fully booked so they won't take us" and they offered to take us at 16:00 pm (3 hours later than confirmed). She didn't say sorry or anything and was even rude and made it sound like it is our mistake and problem. Horrible service which we are not used to in Thailand at all, very disappointing. Also luckily we didn't go to the airport because we would surely miss our flight because of this. Dont book with this company.

14 people squeezed into a van with luggage, we are in our 50s and ended up squished in the back two seats with all the luggage beside us? Every time we went over a bump my husbands head would hit the top of the window. Very crammed in to say the least.

No communication, we started the journey 45 mins after the planned departure, driver spoke no English. At least finally we reached the destination packed like sardines in the van.

arrived at goal one hour too late. driver drove us to the wrong hotel, we told him, that it was the wrong direction, but he didn't listen to us. at the end he had to drive the whole way back.

We got to our destination on time. We were a bit scared at times how the driver drove on the road. Additionally I had bought 3 tickets as the instructons said, but apparently it could have been avoided as the luggage fit in and they took as many people as they could fit in the van.
