Catastrophic, honestly didn’t know if i was supposed to laugh or get angry. CHECK THE GOOGLE COMMENTS ! The company is quite something : extremely disrespectful and vicious. The pickup time was 13:00, they apparently came at 12:23 didn’t find us at the lobby of the hotel and just went without us (without even calling us or texting us too btw). Starting at 13:10, we started calling them because for us the pickup time was still 13:00, and they just didn’t answer for nearly an hour, until the staff of the hotel got home of them. Congratulations to them it was officially the most useless call of History. The person on the phone kept saying that it was our fault because we weren’t at the pickup time 30minutes before ?? since when is 12:23 even 30minutes before 13:00 lol ? And then they just hang up on us not caring while we were speaking and didn’t pickup again bahahah. Disrespectful until the end lol. We had our flight a few hours after btw. So we had to take another transport and add 2000 baht and until now it doesnt seem that 12Go will reimburse us.

Our transfer was really relaxed. We were picked up from the hotel on time and then driven to Krabi. The minibus was full, but the driver was really nice; however, we had to pay a surcharge of 300 baht as our hotel wasn’t within the service area. The driver had forgotten to collect the 300 baht from us, though. The company then hounded me and called me several times. Even at 10 pm at night – that’s just rude.
