I am writing to formally demand a full refund for a trip booked through your platform, which we were forced to terminate midway due to extremely unacceptable and unsafe conduct by the transport provider.
From the beginning of the journey, the driver repeatedly delayed the trip by making unauthorized personal delivery stops, causing significant delays. As a result, it was already clear that the service was not being provided as advertised.
The situation escalated severely after we raised a complaint. During one of the transfers, a manager representing the transport company shouted at us, used offensive language, and made direct threats, including stating that he had access to our personal information because we complained. This behavior was intimidating, inappropriate, and made us feel unsafe.
Due to this serious misconduct and concern for our personal safety, we had no choice but to exit the transport before reaching the final destination. This was not voluntary — it was a direct result of the provider’s actions.
We paid for a full journey that was not completed, through no fault of our own. Continuing the trip was not a reasonable or safe option. Therefore, we expect a full refund without delay.
Please escalate this issue immediately and confirm the refund process as soon as possible. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will consider further action, including filing formal complaints regarding both the transport provider and the platform’s handling of this case.

Alessio TThe transfer in the end was ok, but the advertised time and the reality were off by almost 1:30 hour resulting in us almost losing a plane. Vehicle was a bit old and not very spacious. Driver was driving out as of her was on a racing track (bit of that we were glad given the extreme delay 😅)
