Also Drivers Are often Not prepared which Hotels Are the drop off destination. Our Driver drove by Our Hotel and Digest to drop us off. So we were Not the First and Instead the last Customers. This cost us an hour

Quim PJust book a private taxi and save yourself the hassle. Do not book if you have a flight or somewhere to be on the same day.
Pickup was 1h and 30 mins late. Nobody to call and get answers, hotlines were not operating.
The whole experience is a 50/50 on whether you will get picked up on time and you’ll get to your destination or you will be left behind.
If I had to rebook, I would spend a bit more on a taxi.
