Darren MThe ride was fine, but beforehand was chaos and no organisation. No one had a clue where to stand.

Becki DBooked hotel transfer and was text the night before saying pick up would be at 09:00 for boat departure at 13:00. Thought it was a bit early so text back to clarify they had given the right time, they said yes. Got up and checked out ready for 09:00, at 09:30 text to ask if they were close and they informed me they'd made a mistake and that pick up would be at 11:30. When I expressed my frustration all I received was a "very sorry".
Later, when boarding the boat the lack of organisation was shocking, like so bad you had to laugh or you'd cry. No organisation at all. When one boat had filled up they basically stopped us from going towards the dock in the blazing hot sun as we watched the boat depart. 10 minutes later I realised, of my own accord, there was another boat. 13:35 that boat departed and that is the last time I will ride one of those boats as I will NEVER be using this company again.

Michael MConfusing, multi-change travel without clear instructions. Nearly passed out in the heat of the uncooled van.

Lasse WTranslation:
It was a mass transport. No service, the staff didn’t speak to us and left the fight over seats to the passengers. Of course they can’t do anything about the sea and the waves—we were all soaking wet—but there was nothing to hold on to. There were tears, people were throwing up (they could have handed out bags), parents with children should have been warned that it would be genuinely frightening. For the price, the guys really didn’t make any effort. In the end, you were just glad to have survived.

Amber TEfficient booking and nice ferry. Not too crowded and had toilets and snack bar. Only suggestion is to have better communication when we had to swap boats as that was confusing.

Cecilia FI booked the Truck/ferry transfer from Koh Lanta to Phuket. The ticket we bought picks you up from your hotel in Koh Lanta and drops you at your hotel in Kata.
In the end we got there but the communication was very poor with this company.
I booked with another company for another transfer and they Whatsapped me throughout to keep me updated, but this company did not contact me at all.
I had to google their company and find a contact number and had to call to confirm that someone was coming to pick us up.
The driver finally came 20 minutes later than booked.
They pick you up in a truck and your luggage either goes on the top or behind the drivers seat.
We had 1 piece suitcase and a 1 carry-on luggage each, which was fine.
The driver then drops you to Koh Lanta pier and it’s compete and total chaos there. Everyone’s shouting at you, gives you a sticker, doesn’t explain anything and your totally confused.
We booked an 11.30am pick up from our hotel but the ferry didn’t actually depart until 1pm and I think it only departs a few times a day so an early transfer may be a waste of time.
When we got to the ferry we had to transfer at Phi Phi mid ocean! Then you get out on a bigger ferry which takes you to Phuket.
When you the go Phuket again, it’s completely chaotic and confusing as you have to try and find your driver. They could tell you to go to driver “11” but in our case there were 2 driver “11”s so it was confusing.
All in all you’ll get from point A to B but it’s not a smooth ride and it can be very chaotic and confusing.
