The ride was okay. Driver picked us up about 20 minutes early, which we were ready for as it's indicated that it might arrive up to 30 min early. Inside the van wasn't really enough space for luggage. We had 2 backpacks and 2 suitcases. We took backpacks on our lap and squeezed suitcases into the back. Then, other people were picked up and their luggage had to be all over the place - in-between the seats, on them. We were lucky that few other passengers were locals and didn't have luggage, otherwise there's no way it would all have fit. On the way, driver hit something and lost part of the back bumper which he then put it the back and squeezed with other luggage. When we arrived from Krabi to Koh Lanta he didn't drive us up the hill to our hotel but rather dropped is off at the main street nearest to it. We had to drag our suitcases through the mud road up the hill and our landlord was surprised it didn't come all the way. Another thing is that when we were about to arrive to Koh Lanta, driver turned around and asked "Where going?". I had to show a local that spoke some English the location on Google Maps so she can tell to the driver. This was surprising, considering that we indicated the location during the booking process so he didn't seem to know where to drop people off as everyone had to say their location... In other trips and tours the driver usually had paper with everyone's names and locations, so this was very strange and didn't inspire much confidence. We chose private taxi for the way back to airport, and I would rather recommend that and not a van, as long as you can afford it.

Driver picked us up in time. However the first drive was only to the garage of the company where we have to wait for almost 1.5 hours before we proceeded. The van was packed with 13 people. Inbetween the seats all the luggage was placed. Finally we arrived about 45 min later than advised in booking.
