Driver arrived early and for some reason didn't want to take me on the bus. First I thought it was joke because he was laughing and just saying "you no", "you wait" but took the rest of the people, even the others though he was joking. But he wasn't, didn't even look at my ticket, closed the van and was about to leave even though I asked him what is happening, he just kept laughing and saying nothing. Absolutely disgusting. He got to his seat and was about to close his door when I finally raised my voice and went straight to him at the door, then he realized that I am getting really serious and not happy at all. Again without saying anything or checking my ticket and not laughing anymore he went out and put my luggage in and picked me up. After he started driving he finally asked what is my name, took my phone to see the ticket and started calling his company while driving. After a few minutes he gave me my phone back, said "sorry, sorry" and that was all. Absolutely disgusting, driver should be fired immediately!

Arrived 15 min late, driver had to take extra 30 min break before start of our trip because he was freshly after one trip already. Super nice driver and good service but >1h late at the destination

The van had comfortable seating however if you are tall legroom may be a problem. Most everything was very normal and what you’d except for a trip. However our driver had what seemed to be a death wish for all passengers. He was driving extremely erratically and was swerving through traffic at high speeds as if he was in mad max. Constantly laying on the horn and would occasionally make pit stops to smoke on the side of the road. All in all we got to the destination, however at times it felt like we may not.

The driver was very much in a rush and using horn all the time . I was sat in the last row of the van so it was like riding a crazy bull - not the most relaxing trip of my life. We were unnecessarily told to be at pick up point one hr before but the van arrived 30 mins later

bus company pick up point did not match the street address on the document. they changed the plan but they did not communicate that to me the passenger. The driver arrived 65 minutes after the time telephone calls stated He would. there were three whatsapp calls made to the bus company in that interval. each time we ( vietnamese speaking hotel front desk rep) were told the driver would be there in under fifteen minutes. This did not happen , THREE times. when the driver finally arrived, he did not park limousine, within view of the hotel front door like other vans had been parking. Driver did not ask me or hotel rep my name, did not ask to see my voucher, and did not show a passenger name list, including my name., limousine did not display the destination. Driver wanted me to hand him My luggage and follow him to an unlabeled vehicle that turned out to be parked 70 m from the front door of the hotel. I refused, for reasons of safety. If there had not been other passengers already in vehicle Who stated they had affirmed the destination city name, I would not have continued. I do not peak vietnamese, the driver did not speak english. For over a month in country I have managed many travel connections, adequately. I've traveled with this bus company previously. this latest experience was unlike the others. The driver was courteous with passengers. courteous with other drivers . drove in a relaxed manner Inspiring trust. Got passengers to destination On time. problem here was communication. bus company could do, and has previously done , much better than this.

Very good communication with the travel agency, very good service. The driver was very punctual and nice. I was dropped off right at the door of my hotel! Perfect trip.

The last 45 minutes of the trip was a little hair raising as the driver was overtaking when it wasn’t safe to do so. He would overtake on bends, on the crest of hills etc.
