The driver drove so fast that we arrived 2 hours before in the middle of the night with no other option than walking to the homestay we booked for the following night as we were supposed to arrived at 6 in the morning. We were so exhausted that we slept on the floor. In addition they woke all of us up in rude manner shouting that we have arrived at the very latest minute. We do not recommend

The journey from Hue to Phong Nha was very pleasant. Modern buses, wide berths (admittedly short, but thanks to the width you can lie sideways or curl up). The bus drivers were very friendly and drove smoothly. There was a toilet on board and a 30-minute break at a petrol station. We arrived at our destination 1.5 hours late, but there was a traffic jam due to an accident. Much more comfortable than other sleeper bus lines, we can recommend it.

We purchased the bus ticket as it said it would take 3 hours go get to our destination- it took 5. Otherwise, the journey was comfortable enough and the toilet clean.

The information shared the day before said 2-3 stops along the way for food and toilet breaks. We stopped once for 35 minutes an hour into the journey, and then didn’t stop again (another 2.5 hours). We were also an hour later arriving than had been communicated. None of the staff informed us of what was happening or offered toilet breaks along the way.

Picked us up 30 minutes before scheduled time so we got to leave early. The bus itself was relatively clean, no bugs or strange stains. Although it wasn’t cleaned prior to the last passengers getting off. The trip itself was pleasant, we got there a little earlier than expected. The staff was quite loud and the driver laid on the horn quite a bit but it’s all to be expected with any operator.
