Georg This has been the worst bus ride on our trip by FAR. We needed 3 different cars, none of them were what anybody would call "VIP" The first driver was NOT at the defined spot. The 3rd driver had no idea were to go. It ended with him using our phone to navigate...... and the whole trip took 1,5 hours longer than you advertised. This has been a 0 star experience at best.

Alessia CI booked the bus from Hue to Hoi An. The tickets were supposed to arrive 7 hours after booking. After 7 hours I wrote to customer service but no one answered me. My bus was supposed to leave the next morning at 8 a.m. So on Sunday evening I did not receive the tickets, so I decided to book another bus. I received the tickets only an hour before departure. Even though I requested cancellation to 12toGo the evening before, I did not receive any refund.

Axelle CI was changed from a 24 cabin bus to a 32 cabin bus because after I payed for it online, it was full. The bus I was rebooked in then had smaller cabins, took more time to go to my destination, was late and had no working USB port… disappointing
