Paul QBooked a trip from Hoi An to Hue at 12:00pm (supposedly 2,5 hours drive as stated on 12Go) in a shared car. Figured we would take on other passengers and be on our way.
Instead driver showed up 30 minutes late, then made us wait 1 HOUR in the car in front of a pizza place because he was waiting for pizza dough...... Then drove us to Da Nang (1h drive) where we had to get off to get into another car with another driver. Then in Da Nang we went around in circles for ONE AND A HALF HOURS to fetch other passengers and to fetch a package. We seriously doubted that the driver had a driver's license as he didn't seem comfortable with operating the car, accelerated and braked hard, couldn't follow directions from his phone and having to turn around multiples times, he also stalled the car about 30 times (unfortunately not exaggerating the number). Finally we went on our way to Hue, 6 passengers + luggage in a 7 seat car, the drive felt really unsafe. We left Hoi An at 12:30pm and arrived in Hue at 6pm!! FIVE AND A HALF HOURS FOR 130KM in the back of a crappy car !! Seriously save yourself from this horrible experience, use other means of transportation.

Daniel BThe bags were kind of tossed around the cabin which was odd. Personal also stept on the bags to get around. We also stopped at some random places to pick up locals whom then squeezed in single bunks together… again, a bit odd. Also, the beds were smaller than on some other busses I had been on (like HK) and the foot room was also limited. If you are 185cm or taller, you won’t really be comfortable.

Paola FI only gave it a 2 because they picked us up and took us to the hotel; otherwise, it would have been one star. They made us change in Da Nang, and from there, we continued with a very rude driver. He didn't explain anything, and the organizer didn't respond to messages. We also arrived more than an hour late, which, by the way, is too long for a 2.5-hour trip.
