Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience considering what we paid. First, the service was not punctual. The terms stated that passengers should arrive 30 minutes before departure to make the boarding process easier. Our scheduled departure was at 12:50 PM, and we arrived at the counter at 12:15 PM to be on time. However, we ended up waiting until 1:35 PM before the bus finally arrived. Second, there was an issue with our seat allocation. There were two of us traveling together, and I requested lower-deck seats. The female operator told me that only one lower-deck seat was available, which was fine with me, so one of us would take the lower deck and the other the upper deck. However, she handled it very poorly. She simply wrote the seat change on our ticket, then printed a new ticket, making it seem like the seat allocation had been updated. When we boarded the bus, another passenger had exactly the same seat number as mine. After checking, it turned out she had never updated the booking in the system even though she printed a new ticket. I don’t understand how such a basic mistake could happen. When the error was pointed out, she just laughed instead of apologizing or resolving the situation professionally. Third, the bus itself was below expectations. It looked old, the seats were worn out, and the space was quite cramped. The only positive thing was that the air conditioning worked well. Fourth, the waiting area was very disappointing. It was overcrowded, extremely cramped, and had an unpleasant smell. It was not a comfortable place to wait, especially considering how long we had to stay there due to the delay. Overall, the service did not match the price we paid. There is definitely room for improvement in punctuality, customer service, the condition of the buses, and the waiting area

It was a very enjoyable experience. Our driver came to get us at our hotel and he was very nice to take our pictures throughout the tour. The white sand dunes were extremely fun! The rides in trucks went fast and the views were hard to beat! Would totally recommend!

Booked a 12:50pm bus, arrived at 12:30pm at the pick-up location and was told the bus was full and that we would instead be on the 1:30pm bus. Had to wait an hour before getting on a shuttle to the actual bus.

My first time booking with Mixi Travel and I was very impressed with their service. I booked a private transfer from Ho Chi Minh to Mui Ne. The driver was punctual on the dot The car was brand new and very comfortable with strong AC and quiet you could relax and sleep.
