The air conditioner was way to strong, so it was freezing and because of it was broken, I had no chance to turn it off.

Alexa FI'm giving a low rating because I was not comfortable with the overall service. While I did reach my destination, the experience was disappointing. The driver was rude, his driving was poor (and I’ve taken the bus several times in Vietnam), and I couldn’t sleep during the ride because of his driving. There were no stops along the way, or never asked if we needed it. When we arrived in Can Tho, a second minibus was waiting for other passengers. Since my homestay was in the same direction, I asked the driver if he could drop me off nearby, but he refused and told me to take a taxi instead. This was surprising, as drivers are usually very helpful with me. I wasn't expecting this level of service, I'm not sure I would book again.
