It was not off to a good start 1 hour late.. Don’t be discouraged when you see the upright seating. The first bus is a short trip to the second buss which has the bed seatings . Enjoied the buss ride overall 😁

No information at all by the staff at the check in area in Ho Chi Minh about a shuttle bus that should bring us to the other bus. We should depart 09:00, but at 09:10 I went to the staff and ask where the bus is. Their response was not very friendly. They only pointed at the (shuttle)bus and did not explain anything. When we departed, the bus was 15 minutes late. Furthermore, when we came to the area where we changed bus, again, no information at all and the driver was arrogant and rude. Then, the sleep bus did several stops to leave goods for what seemed to be markets. This resulted in an arrival time of 1 hour(!) after what was promised in the app. The whole trip took 4,5 hours instead of 3,5 hours. I don’t think that is okay. But it would have been more okay if they could inform us about it before…

Seriously I have no idea why there were so many bad reviews. I took a round trip from Ho Chi Ming to Mui Ne, and it was super good. Buses were on time, drivers drove safely, the buses were comfy and clean, they also made some stops for us to use the bathroom! Differently recommending!
