Nice, comfortable ride. Our ride was delayed by one hour but we did not get any compensation - a coffee or something symbolic would have been enough. We also stopped about halfway through the journey for a bathroom/snack break but nobody told us about it beforehand so it was rather confusing.

Trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet. It was my first experience with a sleeping bus and it was absolutely amazing — super comfortable, with air-conditioning, and honestly I even wished the ride was longer 😄 The driver even dropped me off right at my hotel, which I didn’t expect, so it was a really nice surprise. I was more than satisfied!
