Jonah JVan from the airport to the pier was great. No problems.
Boat from the pier to Koh Lipe was more or less on time, but not the most comfortable ride. This was probably because of conditions though, which is understandable.
There were a lot of waves, and after going over one there was a really big drop, which I didn't expect. I landed in my seat with a hard drop, which I didn't think anything of in the moment, but my lower back has been extremely sore for 2 days now.
It'll probably be fine, but hurts getting in and out of bed, standing up, etc.

Tessa PI made this trip 3 times before and never made a stop in a national park on the way. This was not on the itinerary and we arrived an hour later than was planned. Also the driver was speeding and way too close to the vehicles in front of him. But thats unfortunately the case with almost every bus driver in Thailand.

Andrea PDuring the booking process, I made a mistake, and it was entirely my fault. The HiLipe staff took care of resolving my issue with impeccable assistance. They handled everything and treated me wonderfully. They were present both at the airport and at Pak Bara Pier, providing support and all the necessary details. Truly, an absolutely perfect service!

Chloe EThe smoothest journey we’ve had on our travels so far. They contacted us to get our pick up location the day before, then straight on the van to the pier with one stop for a toilet break. More staff met us at the pier and showed us exactly what to do and where to go. Couldn’t fault anything.

Clare This whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I booked the night before I needed the journey and was not sure how smooth it would be but I received quick confirmation and clear instructions on where the pick up point was. The pdf they sent had all the information I needed including photos of where the meet point was and who to contact if I needed help. The mini van had air con and was really comfortable. We had 2 comfort breaks which made the journey a breeze. The driver was really helpful and when he dropped me at the pier he made sure I knew where I was going. The speedboat check in and journey were smooth with no issues or delays. This was my first time using 12go asia and I was really happy with the organisation and help they provide. I would definitely use again and recommend!!
