Hi Lipe contacted us the day before and organized to pick us up directly at the hotel instead of the meeting point. We've been accompanied from the van to the boat by a service member. Terrible service. Instead of a joint van we had to travel on a big dirty and uncomfortable bus. The speedboat stopped on the way to ko lipe without asking the guests if they want to stop. Or explaining why we have to stop in case there is a reason.
