Overall really good. Except the ferry to Koh Lipe. We were told we were going to arrive by 1pm more or less. The ferry stopped in two islands for 20 so that people could take pictures. I didn’t pay for a tour, I paid for the transportation.

The experience was very smooth from pick up to arriving on the island. Staff were wonderful and was great to have someone help guide you on the pier. You get your own dedicated person to help you get onto the boat even if there are multiple groups in the car. Van was very comfortable and would definitely use Hi Lipe again.

I highly recommend this service! Everything was on time, the mini bus was super comfortable. Speedboat was ok, a bit bumpy at times, but I guess it’s part of the game if you want to get to the island as fast as possible. Everything was smooth, easy and on time:)

The support team is responsive and fast. Realised I keyed in the wrong return date and asked to amend. Support team responded with half a day with amended ticket at the price of THB100. Driver on time to pick up at hotel, then to airport to pick up other passengers. When reached pier was 2 hours later than booked time. So it was 2 hours later when reached Ko Lipe. Prepare to allow more time when travelling in TH. :)
