Selvakumar Terrible service. Instead of a joint van we had to travel on a big dirty and uncomfortable bus. The speedboat stopped on the way to ko lipe without asking the guests if they want to stop. Or explaining why we have to stop in case there is a reason.

Roland BEverything was fine. Picked up at the airport with a name sign, led to the pier on bumpy roads smoothly. Boat was nice with seat rows, not stacked on each other like on some other boats. I recommend.

Magali HBecause of the floods in hat yai the 28th we didn't have our transfert from hat yai airport to the kho lipe. (#L38784)The shuttle company wasn't at the airport and they didn't answer to our calls
We had to book with another company, a new transfert for the next day (#24698650) and stay one night at the airport.
We never had news from you, not even an update about the transfert #L38785. Concequently I ask you to refund the transfert not provided

Patrycja Smooth ride, collection from the hotel, the transfer between the van and speedboat was quite chaotic and no one told us to keep hold of the park entry ticket which can be used for one of your snorkelling trips.
