Pau MThe experience with this transport agency was very disappointing. The driver was extremely rude and kept shouting at passengers throughout the journey, treating us quite poorly. At one point, we had fallen asleep, and instead of waking us politely when he wanted us to move seats, he started clapping loudly and yelling at us.
He also stopped during the trip to have a drink and smoke, leaving us waiting inside the van. On more than two occasions, he had to brake suddenly to avoid a collision, which made the ride feel unsafe.
To make matters worse, he did not drop us off at the bus station as promised. Instead, he took us to an agency where they appeared to mislead customers into paying high prices for transfers to their hotels.
Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Jenni AGreat trip. Everyone was there early so we left early. Because of this we got to the port early and were offered to go on an earlier boat. The boat was seamless. Gave us water and a snack. Great trip no issues.
