12go offer tickets with Not enough informations. The Operator call to explain, that there ist no direkt way to Nihn Bihn. We have to change. We go the first step with Van, not the Luxery Bus. In Nihn Bihn the Bus was two hours late. The Kontakt of Operator was very helpfull. The second part doesnt end in Phong Nha. We had to change again in the Highway in a Taxi, that bring us to the Endpoint in my Ticket. But 12go have to explain, that something like that can be happen. The Trip was stressfull and i paid the highest price.
