Negatives: slightly cramped when full, got to destination 1 hour later than advertised so leave yourself time around any Van bookings. Would book again and recommend.

we had to wait in front of a police checkout for 1h as the driver did not "had the right paper to present to the police".. we also started 40 min later from el nido, as we had to pickup some guests from their hotel. to us they said that we have to be there at the bus terminal 30 min before leaving.

No problem with the bus, the driving or the heat innthe van. But there was one thing that let it down, was just the amount of bags and not much space.

The van itself was decent and the AC was working. But the driver was just going crazy fast, and taking over all the time even though it was pouring rain. I was really afraid. After we asked him to driver slower, he did for like an hour and went back to crazy.

A hotel pickup was arranged for 1pm. By 2pm there still was no bus. Contacted the company via WhatsApp (only option) and eventually got a response of 'wait'. Still no bus by 3pm so again contacted the company who respond with surprise that I still hadn't been picked up. At 3.30pm a bus turned up but we eventually found out it was going to Puerto Princesa, not Port Barton. We were dumped off in the dark and rain at the road junction to port Barton and the driver then hailed and paid for a tuk tuk to take us the last 30km. We were promised free onward transport to Puerto Princesa because of the mess ups but needless to say, that went badly as well. Arranged through WhatsApp for a date and time but it turned out that the depot were never informed so the bus left despite us being only a few minutes late, and the company being told so again via WhatsApp. Overall, the company runs a necessary service and with so many buses on the move, it's inevitable that human errors happen. Over booking is common and cramped conditions are the norm.
