Balint GActually the ferry was 6+ hours instead of 3,5. I do not really know why they play with people's time since the ferry workers told its usually about 6 hours. I missed my flight and every future booked program. Its ridiculous.
On the half way the guy who served food went to sleep. I woke up him that I want to buy some food in case I did not eat before the trip because I thought its gonna be 3,5 hours... He told me that they won't serve snacks more...

Malgorzata There was a one-hour delay, and the ferry took almost 5 hours instead of the promised 3. Inside, the ferry was disgustingly dirty and poorly maintained.
The air conditioning was only working in the front part of the ferry. In the back, where many passengers were seated, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making the journey even worse.
The toilets were absolutely filthy and disgusting. The smell was unbearable, there was vomit inside, and there was no toilet paper or soap available at all. The bathrooms were clearly not cleaned or monitored during the trip.
During luggage unloading, the staff were careless and inattentive. Because of their negligence, I lost one of my shoes from my bag, which was handled without any care or responsibility. Overall, this was a nightmare experience from start to finish. I strongly do not recommend this ferry service to anyone.

Pascal M- Trip took 5 hours, not 3.5 as stated in the app and on the PDF voucher. But I already counted on this time based on other reviews, so I was prepared.
- AC good, but varied where you sit on the boat. Be prepared and bring a jacket or sweater.
- No WiFi on board, a shame with such an expensive ticket (around PHP2600 pp)
