Practically everything went well, the train was late but their main business is transferring people to/from the (night) train, so they will wait. However, the driver was speeding like crazy, even when there were road works. It didn’t feel safe at all. Also, when I tried to call about the train delay (which they tell you to do) none of the phone numbers was working

I'd booked a mini van, it turned up and it was great however it dropped us to the bus station where we were told to board a bus, which we did. Then we were told no as we'd booked a mini bus we would have one to take us to our hotel, so we got off as told and informed a mini van was coming. Only to be then told no and to get back on the bus. Which we did. It took roughly amount the same time journey time. The organisation was a little chaotic but in the end it didn't really make a difference.

Good positive outcome. Left on time yet arrived earlier than expected. Everything seemed well organised with the first journey having a stopover break and then transfer at Krabi Bus terminal to a different van for those continuing on to Ao Nang direct to our hotels.

First of all there came a VAN and a SUV was booked!! Car wasn't waiting in front of the station. And the SUV was a very, very old Isuzu almost without shockabsorbrrs!! We are absolutely not happy! Mail to your support wasn't Quick answered... Totall performance very POOR .3712367175071E+24;

Once on the coach at suratthani the journey was smooth but the transfer from ao nang was 45 mins late despite asking us to show up 30 mins early for “check in”. This left us waiting in the sun for over an hour.

The service itself is very good, but the driver drives way too fast, and has no consideration for safety distances. Safety needs improvements.
