We booked the bus and then they texted us that it was not available anymore so we got a normal bus. They said we give we 50k back. I did not accepted it. Also we booked the bus at 2pm, but there was no bus for that time so we had to pick a different time

OK, but not the most comfortable bus. One of the chairs was broken but luckily there were some free seats. The company called us 30 minutes before departure in Cat Ba that they wanted to leave early and dropped us off in the centre of Ninh Binh. From there they called a taxi to go to our stay in Trang An which we had to pay for.
