We were picked up on time, with a text message and phone call beforehand as a reminder. We've had better drivers, but the coordination with the accommodation to ensure we were picked up was perfect. The instructions were clear.

OK, but not the most comfortable bus. One of the chairs was broken but luckily there were some free seats. The company called us 30 minutes before departure in Cat Ba that they wanted to leave early and dropped us off in the centre of Ninh Binh. From there they called a taxi to go to our stay in Trang An which we had to pay for.

They confirmed all is happening, the bus picked us up early, the bus was new/modern and we arrived on time. When we got close to our hotel the bus driver asked everyone for their hotel and we got dropped off at the door

We departed on time and the entire journey went smoothly. They even called a taxi for us who brought us straight to our quite remote hotel FOR FREE. The seats were confortable, we were handed a bottle of water and there were just the right amount of restroom breaks. Perfect !
