App use for round trip was confusing. Forced to pay higher price for one way to and back. The vendor changed departure time to Hoi A the night before and was then additional 15 min late. Drop off point for G8 in Hoi A was in middle of nowhere. Passengers required to get a Grab. Trip back to Da Nang was okay. Driver took 15 minutes to pick up another passenger. I don’t believe it was a designated pickup location. In the future I would use local transit system or arrange a grab. My 12 Go travel to Hoi A and back from Da Nang cost $728kVND for 2 people.

I selected Aprils Adventure for this booking which cost more than most but another company came with the bus. The bus also had to make u turns back to destinations a few times to pick up people due to lack of communication. It took an extra 20 minutes to leave due to this.

Company was really helpful with adjusting pick up time when our train was delayed and eventually cancelled. Journey was smooth. It’s worth being aware that pick up is 15 minutes earlier than listed on here if being picked up from the airport or train station, as you only find out after booking confirmation.
