Got the runaround from a bunch of your employees. I inquired where to go for a refund on a ticket I wasn’t going to use. I was told by several employees “just go to the next counter” and they can help you! Nobody took it upon themself to actually help, but instead passed me on to someone else to deal with. Everyone lied! I ended up walking about a mile to the main office to get a refund. Even when I went there it was very poor service. The lady that helped me was more concerned about what was on her phone. She even helped a customer that came in after me before she handed my issue. Overall a poor experience and your employees don’t care and are extremely lazy.

Was good, only our email didn't reaxh supercat in regard to our query on the bags. Their mailbox didnt respond it said.

Ferry arrived 10 minutes late but we boarded and left by 12 noon. Seats were comfortable and no problems with passage.

The Vessel was on time and well organized. Crews were nice and accomodating. However the Vessel is soooo dirty.

Cebu to Tagbiliran, Bohol - the pier at Cebu was chocca busy and the checkin process was a bit all over the place because of that but once I got my ticket swapped from online to paper and we boarded it was really smooth process and crossing. The seats on the ferry aren’t the comfiest and a little cramped but ok for 2 hour journey. We left 10 mins late but arrived 5 mins early and the crossing was very smooth.
