Berthold PThe bus driver told us we have to get off in Ho chi Minh Hupt bus station and from there a shuttle goes to the airport... that was unfortunately a lie and we had to take a GRAB to the airport, bad service information, otherwise the trip was good, the bus as good as good as new

Mirjamt4 The bus was clean and the service was kind. Unfortunately there were no blankets which I missed as the bus airco can get real cold. The service came by with the possibility of snacks which was great.There was a pendle bus to Le Hong Phong without any costs. I tried contacting the operator for some additional information but there was no response.

Matthew The bus did not go to the correct drop off point stated on the ticket. 7.6km further away. I had already organised a taxi to pick me up and this had completely ruined my plans and wasted over an hour of my time. Destination on ticket 266 Le Hong Phong, destination dropped off at Western bus station.

Sylvia KNo one speaks English properly! Make sure there's at least one point of contact. Hotel drop-off service is a nightmare because no one speaks English. I ordered a Grab buy myself which brought in some extra money
