Everything worked at the port, but everywhere security one checkpoint follows the next, seems a little bit paranoid, but they where friendly, so it doesn’t disturb really. On the vessel the seats has been ok for a two-hour-passage. At the aim we got the baggage without a problem but they controlled whether it was ours. That I liked, especially since a suitcase of mine has been stolen at munich Airport. Overall it has been without a problem-great

Everything was handled well. From the tickets to the luggage what was handled with care. But there is some improvement with the airconditioning in the boat. It was just nog enough for the amount of people that where in de boat. And the tv went out constantly during the movie. But overall the ride was great.

Due to changed flight times for the onward journey; I wanted to rebook my return trip to a later boat same day. On the oceanjet site I found this was possible ant a small cost. Unfortunately, 12go.asia instructions in relation to this were totally unclear. This resulted in me NOT being able to change the ticket even if the carrier / operator of the vessel would have made it possible. I do wonder what your value add is in this process.

Ferry was an hour late leaving Bohol but made up time on the way and was only 40 minutes late arriving. Business class was extremely cold and despite it saying we were entitled to 20kg free luggage they still tried to charge us.

Nice in general the boat was comfy and fast but they broke my luggage be careful about that and if you want to check your luggage pay attention to the tag they will put on your luggage because they put the wrong destination tag soemtimes and you end up with you luggage going somewhere else .

There is a lack of communication about the ship and the onboard services, as well as about boarding times and the procedure to follow. We were unable to anticipate our trip regarding meals and drinks, as well as the welcome on board, even though we had ample opportunity to do so if we had been well informed. Overall, the trip went well despite a slight delay and the staff were always friendly and efficient.
