Mauro GFor the whole trip from Battambang to Phnom Penh there was a loud rattling noise on the bus that made it impossible to sleep even 5 minutes

Lindsay TFirst clasd bus is pure luxury. Seats are spacious and comfortable. Massage and footrest aidedin a relaxing trip. Service and communication was excellent. The first class bus is the only way to travel in a long journey.

Sylvia DThe bus from battambang to phnom penh was really super comfortable, I highly recommend it!
The mini-van to Sihanoukville though was a catastrophy. I've never seen a vehicule in such poor condition, and the driver was on his phone all the time. He veered of course several times, it was very dangerous. I cannot believe the same company offers such different services. Also double check the arrival time, the trip is way shorter than announced.

Pierre CThe driver doesn’t speak english at all. He was using his phone while driving the whole journey and he threw his soda can out the window.

Marco BThe night bus wasn't like the one in the photo, but it was definitely more basic. The transfer from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville was in an old van overflowing with luggage, with several heavy bags thrown on top of the bags.

Scott JUnaware that the transport provider didn’t actually transport to Sihanoukville. On our arrival in Phnom Penh we were told of our departure time, then when this time arrived we were shuttled into a tuk-tuk and taken to another provider without any other information. The other provider left about 90 minutes late and the van was not to the same standard as the journey to Phnom Penh.

Frederike JThe first part of the journey to PP was okay, no complaints but the second part? Ehm excuse me? Why was I being transferred to some random other company? They had a tuktuk driver pick me up from Saly‘s to go to the other operator, something with M (I happily forgot). There I had to wait again (at Saly‘s they also had me waiting for an hour), because the van was broken or I don’t know. Then finally 2 hrs later we left PP. And omg that trip! We stopped like 1000 times to pick up random people and their household items (fans, clothing rails), some random bakery, some random dinner place for the driver to have dinner (we were only 45 to Sville at that point, count that have waited?????). We were also squeezed in like sardines because they must have overbooked themselves. The people were arguing but then ended up sitting all squeezed in together in the back. Long story short we arrived at around 21:15. in the booking it had said estimated arrival time 18:30…
