Our driver (Mr Rival M Helmy) was excellent he managed to get us to our destination in good time, and communicated with us early as where we should meet after ferry arrival. The only drawback was getting onto the ferry we had no communication regarding tickets and had to reach out to Bali Magir for more information although they were very quick to respond and resolve.

Good transfer with a clean and comfortable vehicle. Lery was friendly and polite, and he knows the route very well. He kept in contact to let me know where he was and checked in on the way. I arrived within the published timeframes. I needed to change dates: 12Go unhelpful, but operator responsive on WhatsApp, getting me Ferry ticket and to the connection without an issue. You couldn't ask for more.
