The worse experience in over a month inThailand. This company Bangkok Travel Plus should be closed immediately. We got refused the transfer to the hotel.in Ao Nang, even this is what we paid for. As a Arrival place it will be better if it will include the name of the hotel as well, as the driver told us, that we don't have the transfer and just left even i told.him.many times that we have the transfer. I also spoke with the boss of this company and she was very rude and said the same thing no transfer. Other complains: 1. AC in the van was set on max, everybody were freezing, people even put hoodies with hood on the head. I asked few times to rise temp, but driver didn't care at all and didn't changed it. 2. In the big bus all our bags were just thrown from the bus to the street. In my bag I found a lot of liquid soap all over my belongings and I didn't have any soap in my bag. 3. The whole staff of this company was very rude and not friendly, experience completely opposite to the whole Thailand. If 12 Go wants.good reviews stop working with Bangkok Travel.Plus. I used 12 Go many times with my friends, even right now I'm traveling with 12 GO and it was always very good experience, except this one time with horrible company Bangkok Travel Plus - THE WORSE COMPANY EVER !!!!

Unnecessary chaos. After getting off the large bus, people walked by muttering under their breath. There was no one who spoke English. It was enough for each driver to have a sign with their destination written on it. Then, all they had to do was point to the sign and people would go there. There was no clear explanation after getting off that we were now waiting for each driver. With minimal effort, this could have been much better organized, even without English skills.

Bus left on right timing...journey was good..only issue was that on the journey to ao nang they transfer you to another vehicle on the way and for that wait time was quite long... otherwise all well ..the bus reached us on the time

Nothing was VIP ... 4 seat/row very narrow, no space for legs, no welcone pack, 1 stop very late for dinner, no coordination. Transfer to a minivan with no space, people trying to sell stuff out of the box ... In relation to average vietjet cost this experience was expensive.
