Philippe I booked a night train to surat thani, October 19. As usual, I retrieved my ticket in their office of
chatuchak. Everythings were PERFECT!! All my tickets were ready and just need to go to get my train.
On 2024, I came in Thailand and travelled with 12 go. Everything were perfect!!
Next year, I plan to come back in Thailand. Obviously, I will order my ticket train with 12 go, once again.

Samantha The train was comfortable and on time. We were rushing to get to the station but food vendors on the train meant we didn't go hungry albeit more pricey. Collecting the tickets from 12Go was simple. Our kids loved the overnight train. We all had a private cabin with 2 in each. The toilet was also clean. 10/10

Michael Comfortable train where I got a decent night's rest.
Simple check in procedure at bangkok and Simple show ticket to the ticket officer. Private comfy bed with toilets.
10/10 id travel it again

Anthony While the train itself was excellent, the 1st-class Sleeper cabin was fine, the overall experience was not good because my wife and I were allocated different cabins.
So, I had some stranger sharing our cabin and wife shared a different room.
Not a good experience and thus a low rating because of this.

Maxime VThe train ride was good, bed were nice and the cabin was fine! But me and mine boyfriend could not go together in one room, because we are boy and girl. That would nice to know before we were going.
Overall, first class tickets are really nice!
