The boat departed on time and the staff were helpful loading bags onto the boat. However, every seat was sold out, making the cabin extremely uncomfortable since the air conditioning not working. Due to this there was a lot of pushing and shoving to access the top deck. On top of that, very loud pop music played through speakers for the entire trip and could be heard throughout the boat, even through earplugs and headphones.

Taxi came over one hour late. Very risky driver style. No information about time schedule. Arrived at the end more than 3 hours later than described in the booking. On the ferry schedule there wasn’t even a ferry arriving at 13.55 in Lombok. Little bit unhappy because it feels a bit like they promised a product which wasn’t even able to work…
