Ayutthaya to Bangkok Destination Reviews

Bus in time, good service, good driver who stop where we ask

Everything was great. Very flexible….Since i arrived quite early at the Terminal i just could get an earlier transfer. Arrival place in Ayutthaya is not the same as departure. An information about this would be helpfull to avoid confusion although it is not far away.

The ease of booking through 12GO was wonderful. I had to print my ticket but luckily had enough time to find someone to help with that.
Train #136 2nd Class AC seats only, Thai Railway (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย), Oct 4, 2021
The security staff at the Ayutthaya station let us know the platform information right before the train was coming. The girl sat behind the help desk was lazy and careless about customers inquiring. When I asked her information about the train and platform, she was watching videos on her phone and she sent me to the other people. The car was very clean and we received a meal package on the seat. The girl serving in the car was very helpful and friendly. She tried to answer our questions and provide information about the schedule we asked for.
