Alexandra DIt was my simple experience. When I arrived I was told in a harsh tone that I had to buy a ticket for my luggage. My mistake, I hadn't seen that before, but I hadn't seen it before and the bus was half empty.
Then we set off and neither the passenger nor the driver spoke English. Then I looked at Google Maps and realized that we were driving further away from my stop. I understand that as a tourist I can't expect everyone to speak English, but the stops weren't announced and so I missed mine.
Then they tried to explain something to me in Thai and laughed at me?
At the next opportunity I was let off and could take a cab, which was more expensive than the bus.
I wouldn't recommend taking it as a tourist, as the language barrier just seems too big…

Ngan TI'm foreigner travelling from BKK to Ayutthaya. In overall:
- Fast (~1h30, could be shorter if no traffic jams)
- Easy to access - Just go to the van terminal, show the email from website to exchange ticket, then go
- Seats are OK and clean for short trips like this.

Kinga FI traveled on the Bangkok to Siem Reap route. The service was highly professional, and I recommend this bus company to everyone! If you opt for them to handle the visa, it costs $40 instead of the standard $30, ensuring a queue-free and stress-free process. I took advantage of this option. The staff were very kind, and the travel fare included a 0.5-liter bottle of water and a meal. The entire journey took approximately 8-9 hours, with 3 stops offering restroom facilities and shopping opportunities. On the VIP bus, the seats were very comfortable, featuring reclining backrests and adjustable footrests, as shown in the pictures, and, of course, equipped with air conditioning. I can only recommend it again, my only note would be to book seats as close to the front as possible since the engine is at the back, making it warmer there, though not unbearable at all. I don’t tolerate high heat well, and I sat right at the back by the engine, but I managed without any problems. The bus offers free Wi-Fi, however, the signal is often weak, likely depending on the number of passengers using it simultaneously and the network signal strength in different areas.
