we booked the earliest trip from Alabang which is 8:30am. We were informed to be on the waiting area to be there at least 45mins before the trip but we left 11am. which is 2 hrs and 30mins waiting time. Along with it the person on site is not proactive to update us. We were transferred from Alabang to Turbina to our assigned bus to bicol. Our original seat is not comfortable but tge operator was proactive to offer seat transfer to a lasyboy seat and paid ₱170. Overall that was not a good experience. Thanks.

There is no toilet in the bus and the terminal in Cubao is very hot and when it’s raining the passengers will get wet. I don’t think the passengers deserves this kind of environment. Thank you!

Superb! Smooth transaction from booking online until drop off. I love how it's easy to book online, with options to add premium support and sms service and insurance. Operators was very nice, and on time. I love the fact that 12Go and Alps accommodate my request to assign middle seat. I love that they provide claim tag and they add labels on each baggage we have. This assures that no one will accidentally pickup your luggage/baggage. The bus was new, cozy and clean.Though there is no bathroom but that's okay since it allows the bus to have more space for the passengers. Galing both 12Go and Alps. I will boo it here moving forward. Salamat sa maayos at ligtas na byahe mula Cubao hanggang Sorsogon City. Only recommendation for Alps is to improve their terminal specifically the waiting area, it's open area and is very hot during especially it's summer.
