Great service & communication. 1 hour prior to pick up, the team reached out via WhatsApp to reassure they will be there and which vehicle would be used. At the airport, a sign with my name and hotel name was held by a friendly lady, who escorted us to the car. The driver was friendly and driving safely. Instead of the SUV, a minivan was used, which we did not mind.

Very safe driving, we even got car seats for our 4- and 6-year-olds. Kind driver who was very thoughtful of our kids.

The driver was chaotic, had to stop to change a tire and kept us waiting 2-3 extra times for some packages. The whole trip took one extra hour more because of this.
