The boats propel broke and we stood still on open water for about 1 h with out any information. Lack of communication through out the trip.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. We confirmed the pickup time with Bundhaya via WhatsApp and received a reply within five minutes, stating pickup would be between 08:10 and 08:20. The van arrived exactly at 08:20. We were the only passengers in the van, and the driver guided us to the counter to collect our ferry boarding passes. After a short wait, we boarded the ferry, which took about one hour to Koh Lanta and was both pleasant and efficient. There was a 40-minute wait on Koh Lanta, which gave us time to get some lunch. The journey from Koh Lanta to Koh Lipe then took around 2.5 hours, and we arrived exactly at 15:30 as scheduled. Overall, everything ran on time with no issues.

The boat driver was crazy. Very irresponsible, going too fast, to the point that huge waves were falling on the deck leaving us, the passengers and our bags soaking wet. At one point he took such a sudden turn that all of us almost fell from our seats. Very dangerous. And the conditions weren’t that bad that day….

Pick up and first boat was all fine. We had to change boats and thats when it went bad. One of the engines was not working properly, it didnt go at full speed. The guys tried to fix it a couple of times. Suddenly they started to get loads and loads of buckets of water from down in the boat. It was a terrible experience when you dont know what is going on. We arrived 1.5 hours late at the destination. Also the second boat was very full
