The first thing we found out when we got in the van was that the seat belts didn't work and the sign that said that you would be fined if you didn't wear it, the drivers belt worked of course because he's the most important person in the van, right !

It was very bumpy but that’s normal for a speedboat, what we didn’t like was the stench of diesel fumes the whole way. One of the engines broke down halfway but they got it going quickly. After that it seemed like the smell was a bit less.

Easy to purchase a ticket for the speed boat. Would have been nice to say which counter to check in, but staff at the pier helped us. The speed boat was a very rough ride for the full 90 mins but it was a great experience.

Great van, safe drive, all connections were easy as the staff will guide you so can’t be left behind. Overall everything was almost in time, arrived only 30-45 minutes late. The check in wasn’t too obvious at the airport, just a guy you were supposed to find wearing a small logo in his shirt.

My seat broke 1/3 of the way over to Koh Lanta , broke the lugage that was stored under our seat and my back is having spasms as the seat being broken left me no support or custion the rest of the trip . When i tried telling the crew what had happened i was quickly dismissed and told to hurry and debark the vessel . So ya not impressed and will write an extensive review once my vaction is over. The good part was we never sank . So there is that positive.

Confusing, multi-change travel without clear instructions. Nearly passed out in the heat of the uncooled van. A slower route than other already, but it also came over 1 hour late.
