Marion WExcellent transfer. Phi phi boat was great with many chairs outside on the deck and at the back of the boat. Transfer to the Ko Lanta boat was busy but well managed by the boat crew. We were channelled through the crowds at Phi Phi dock to the next boat. All seats were taken upstairs so we had to go down under - windows were a little dirty so not easy to see through but there was opportunity to sit on very front of boat with legs dangling over the edge for the journey so this is what we did. Very easy and pleasant transfer.

Callum UNSAFE TRAVEL WITH CHILDREN. SHOCKING STAFF RESPONSE AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUNG TRAVELERS. Boats ran on time and check in at the pier in Phuket was straight forward. We were a family traveling with a young family kids aged 2 and 4. As soon as we were boarding the boat requested kids life jackets from both captain and support staff. Request were ignore and told they were getting some and then proceeded to get under way “looking” another family also asked of the same. Despite having 6 children on the boat there were only 2 child life jackets which is completely unacceptable, unnecessary and unsafe. The staff didn’t care in the slightest. We felt completely mislead and for those who have used the speed boat service will understand why they are needed. Clearly there were plenty of adult life jacket but the complete direguard for child safety was shocking. We specifically chose this provider based of the fact they are reputable. We were completely mislead and wouldn’t have boarded the boat had we known this was the case. To make matters worse one of our luggage items was battered for which we recived the 1000bht as stated on the ticket. If only adults traveling I would use this service but if you are with children don’t board until you have a life jacket in your hand.

Eivind KWe were 20 minutes late for the last boat, but bundhaya managed to organize that we got a ride with a few different boats, and we made it to Koh Lanta (1h after original schedule)! We're very grateful!

Suparna BBooked 1.30 to 4.30pm with Sea Pearl as it was quicker than Phi Phi cruiser option but more expensive. However, I was put on the Phi Phi Cruiser which then left 45 minutes late and required ferry change at Phi Phi. I did not arrive until 6pm.

Marek TVery well organized and super convenient for tourists. I booked the ferry, and on the ferry I could directly arrange the transfer for my onward journey to the hotel. Everything worked smoothly. I even lost something on the way from the ferry to the hotel, but it was found and returned to me quickly. Short email contact — all perfect. Highly recommended!
