Ani SThe transfer was ok and on time once I found the car. The pickup was very unclear and very badly communicated. They mark the pick up point as a statue in Ao Nang beach, then have you pick a hotel. My hostel was not listed, so I had to pick something else nearby. Then I contacted support who told me to wait at the nearest bus stop. What kind of direction is that in Thailand? No side of the street, no clear coordinates. Thank god someone from 12go called me 5 minutes before the departure, otherwise I'm not sure I would have found the driver.

Esther MI went to the Ao nang McDonald to get on the van. The McDonald away from the beach. There’s a bus stop sign there. There were people waiting to get on and confused about what was happening. It was a bit disorganized. I asked the driver if he was headed to where I was going and he kept telling me and Anyone else who asked to wait here repeatedly and a little annoyed. He seemed rude but language barrier and rush can cause stress. He was fine as the ride continued. We did stop at multiple locations which led to confusion with transfers and what was happening. I booked Same day so I wasn’t able to book the bus at the bus station like I usually do. I did make it to where I was supposed to, it seemed I was the only that did not need a transfer so I didn’t need to get off at the other locations which visibly caused confusion with people. We left on time.

Alba EIt wasn't specified we had to take two different transports. We were picked up in Ao Nang and dropped in somewhere we didn't know. We had to wait one hour to another bus. We arrived to the destination one hour and a half later than expected and specified in your webpage.
The seats were tiny, but the workers were nice and helpful.

Rick HBetter then expected, for the price I’d recommend it, my trip was from Ao Nang to Surat Thani, pickup from Ao Nang McDonalds (not the one on the beach, after you book it’ll show you which one)
We left about half hour late, there was 2 vans and I was in the 2nd group of travellers, which I was glad because the first van driver seemed frustrated/angry but the driver for our van was normal, quiet and nice, the hiace van was modern comfortable great all round experience and there was no extra charges as I’ve read by some over reviews, where we were dropped in Surat Thani there was of course a bunch of other drivers asking to take you to where ever your hotel was obviously this is a separate and high cost, I kept walking around the corner and called a very cheap Grab taxi bike to my hotel, easy as!

Jiri KThey drop us off somewhere at the edge of Surat Thani, where others transfer for their buses to Bangkok and to the port. It was 15-20 minutes away from the point where they should drop us. They wanted to pay another 100bath to ride us to the point. At least it is a direct service, not changing bus in krabi.
