Maryna HWe had 2 different cars on the way. First one from Krabi to Phuket, and the second one from Phuket to Patong beach. It says that the bus stop will be at Jungceylon Patong. But it’s not. The lady stop is pretty far from that shopping mall. Need 20 mins walk
Also the minivan from Krabi to Phuket, was not comfortable. We had a nice driver, but the minivan was small , too many people, no oxygen

Chandra SIt is a very convenient and affordable trip from Krabi to Phuket. You just have to be sure to view the details, as some services will require a few transfers from vehicle to vehicle. I like that you get picked up right from your hotel. The views on the way to Phuket were breath taking.

Lilly Pick up was late, which would’ve been okay if communicated but wasn’t and no one to answer
Arrived an hour late because we didn’t drive the direct route but stopped in many extra random places to pick up more passengers
One stop included a toilet break for the driver but no one else

Amit We didn't receive any communication regarding Vehicle number & driver till last minutes. We also raised ticket. Driver MUST WHATSAPP / COMMUNICATE with passenger that he will arrived. At last minute we discovered he was waiting outside. Except this there was no problem. Due to above problem, we had to book a GRAB vehicle also, which was cancelled later on.
