when on the boat we stopped at koh yao noi, no boat staff said anything about where we were or anything so we got off assuming we were at our destination. even with our bag tags and our shirt stickers the helped us off the boat and let us go to the wrong destination. wasn’t the biggest of deals we just got a boat over to koh yao ya which was only 100 baht but if i were a family travelling with children it would have been more annoying for sure. anyways just double check where you are because staff won’t tell you/ even with the stickers they just let you off

Good, fast trip. The only negative was the disorganized luggage management. We were going from Koh Samui to Koh Yao Yai, but there was a stop first at Koh Yao Noi. Even though our luggage was identified with the 'Koh Yao Yai' tag, they were going to leave our luggage at the first stop, thankfully I was watching carefully as they removed the luggage and warned them as soon as I saw my bag leave the boat (wrongfully). They should separate the bags by destination, it would avoid these kind of mishaps.

Great experience, the pier's location is very nice compared to others with all the services you need. The speedboat departed on time and arrive even a little bit ahead of schedule (possibly favourable sea conditions). Boat was comfortable and the instructions by the crew quite clear. Definitely recommend with this operator.
