First the driver from our hotel to krabi town was very rude, but the worst thing is drop off point in bangkok there is no toilet Judy no where on a road side at lead drop point should be where some toilet is there , last but not the least what the hell is the blanket so thin and small and AC is like freezer, ac is meant to eliminate the heat not to freeze people, over all worst experience

Van pickup was late 40minutes. It's not a problem if there was a shade where to wait but pickup point is just on the street, plus it's said that passenger must be there 30min before so not very nice to stand in the sun over an hour.. Van also didn't have any ac it was no air movement in there.. Otherwise the bus was okay and reached on time. But the pickup could be organized a lot better

Very disappointed with my recent experience booking through [12Go Asia](https://12go.asia?utm_source=chatgpt.com) and traveling with Subthaweephol Tour. This journey turned into one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve had in Thailand. First of all, the pickup was already delayed from Krabi without any proper communication or update. Travelers were left waiting and confused with no clear instructions. When you book a long-distance journey, especially overnight travel, you expect at least basic punctuality and professionalism, but unfortunately that was completely missing. The worst part happened at the Surat Thani office. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unfriendly. Instead of helping passengers, they were talking aggressively and treating travelers as if they were doing us a favor. There was no proper customer service, no polite communication, and no willingness to listen to concerns. On top of that, I was unfairly charged an extra 200 THB for baggage even though my luggage was clearly under the stated 20kg limit. There was no transparent weighing process, no proper explanation, and it honestly felt like an excuse to collect extra money from tourists. Many travelers may not argue because of language barriers or fear of missing the bus, which makes this kind of behavior even more disappointing. The entire experience felt poorly managed and unprofessional. When people book tickets through a well-known platform like [12Go Asia](https://12go.asia?utm_source=chatgpt.com), they expect reliable operators and fair treatment. Sadly, this operator completely failed in terms of punctuality, customer handling, transparency, and professionalism. I strongly advise future travelers to be careful before booking with Subthaweephol Tour. Double-check baggage policies, be prepared for delays, and don’t expect helpful customer service if any issue happens during the trip. Thailand is an amazing country, but experiences like this can seriously ruin part of your journey.

It's about the communication. I updated the place where I should be picked up to the pick-up portion, even included the url of the map so that they can but of to no use at all. They called me expecting I can communicate well in Thai, I confirmed the pick-up location which is my hotel but he asked about the soi, I have relayed it as per the owner of the hotel but the one who called me seem to be very confused. I asked the owner to talk to the onr who called me so everything would get fixed. I was told to wait in 20 minutes more but it took more than an hour wait. The experience is horrible, anticipation and anxiety to the highest level. - This refers to the van that picked me up not the bus.

No refreshments, no water, no meals as promised, but the buses were on time, with one break at Surat Thani, the staff was good and courteous, worth an adventure with ac bus, to save flight cost which was 8000 rs, and paid 2401 rs. Thanks

Buses were on time and pretty comfortable, but communication was very poor. At the transfer point from the van to the bus, we had a 3h lay-over, which no one ever communicated. Also, they provided no informations about what stops there would be on the bus ride (toilet, store for water etc.) or about the setup of the bus.

Driver turned up 2 hours late so was waiting a long time in direct sun no shade. No one answered the hotline and 12go support. Driver rushed to big bus stop on no fuel and went to the wrong place twice. The overnight bus driver was better as we were given blankets snacks and water but more uncomfortable seats than I thought it would be. Overnight bus was also delayed setting off.

The first bus was late but nobody told us anything just a lady at the beginning that did not give us any information, closed the store and left after the initial departure time. we waited for 40 mins without news and with no one at the pick up point. Then the second overnight bus was HORRIBLE, it stinked like pee for the whole time, the toilet was not working, the seats were extremely narrow and small, not to mention that it was stopping literally every hour turning the lights on, so it was impossible to sleep. No WiFi, no phon plugs, just a 10 hours nightmare. For the same price you can get a much better service. I definetly not reccomend
