Pamela WIt’s a little chaotic getting on the boat, not helped that they have two boats going at the same time but no signage, everybody asking which boat they should be - communication poor, and on arrival at Islands again not good with telling you which pier you’re at, good old Google maps helped!

Kevin Some passengers missed their drop off point due to unclear or non existent naming of port/destination...a simple solution would be to hold up a port/destination card in English at each drop off point
