The service of the bus company is very greta. They picked me up from the hotel and took me from Busstation in Sihannoukvil to the ferry pier. I booked a single bed and it was not much space...double bed is more space I think. But other services were excellent!

Very good smooth ride fell asleep for most of it very comfy beds. Comes with a blanket and water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend giant ibis a lot better than our previous experiences

It was exactly as expected. We left a little late but still arrived on time. I would mentioned that it was absolutely freezing on board, I was prepared for a cold air con but even with joggers and a jumper I was cold. Also booking on 12go, I didn't receive any information about other stops, but we only stopped once on the way in Phnom Penh.

We were at the café one hour before departure. Unfortunately, I didn't read the email saying that the bus would leave a good two hours earlier. I only read it later. The operator was very polite and accommodating, and in the end we still had our ride, slept well, and were able to catch our flight the next day. We'd be happy to use them again anytime!!!

We travelled on a sleeper bus from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. We booked the tickets through 12go - all the better companies were fully booked so we had to go on this one and were a bit afraid given some reviews. The bus left on time (19.30). The bed was comfortable, the light worked, there were two USB plugs working very well. The upper bed had a good A/C, it was a bit too hot on the lower bed. We were given pillows and blankets. The bus was not very clean - under the mattress there was a lot of dust - but we survived ;) There were 2 drivers and they were driving ok. We managed to get some sleep. The bus stopped frequently in many small towns - it could have travelled 2 hours faster without the stops. From Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville the bus does not use the expressway, but goes through an old very bumpy road. We arrived 1 h late (8.30) to Sihanoukville.

Comfy and spacious cabinets. Strong Aircon (for us a little to strong). They also have single cabinets which is great if your traveling alone. Pickup was on time, but the bus departure was delayed and the bus was stopping very often for extended periods of time which caused us to arrive 2h later then expected.
