I had a very disappointing experience with this bus operator (Garuda Transport and Travels) and cannot recommend them. Tickets were sold at a premium price based on advertising for a specific class of bus. However, on the day of travel, we the passengers were redirected to a completely different bus company operating run-down vehicles that clearly did not match what was advertised. The bus was in poor condition, and seat belts were not functional, which is unacceptable from a safety standpoint—especially considering that the actual service used is available elsewhere for a much cheaper price. When I contacted the company to request an appropriate partial refund or discount for this clear misrepresentation, the situation became even worse. The written communication was highly unprofessional and rude, and I was shocked to receive racist remarks instead of a serious attempt to resolve the issue. This behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of basic customer service standards and respect. This company appears to engage in misleading sales practices and does not take customer concerns seriously. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this operator and book directly with reputable companies that are transparent about the service they actually provide.

My GPS (Google maps) struggle a little bit to find the location but get my nearby so I found it. No problem at all. We leave 17 minutes late, but we arrived 30 minutes early, so that's perfect, the driver is very kind and the bus nice.

The operator let us wait for 1,5h in the boat because we had to wait for two more passengers. How does that make sense making 10 customers who needed to wait unhappy, only to make two customers happy? The boat engine is extremely loud don’t forget your headphones. The trip takes approx. 6 hours not 4.5h as described.
